Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RUI SNOW COUTURE purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
3. Receive your prepaid return shipping label
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our team with your order details, and we'll arrange the exchange with prepaid return shipping.

What's Not Returnable

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Custom orders and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our condition standards.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. International returns may take longer to process.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
